So I have this thing called StatCounter on my blog to let me know how many people read me and the geographic region from which they read me. Just 'cause I'm curious.
It also tracks the search terms used in google, yahoo and so on that lead people to my blog.
Most of the time they are unremarkable. A lot of "expat life in zürich" type questions.
Last night someone from Canada found me by googling "Is ironing after shower bad?"
I've gotta know why? Could you please send a comment to explain what the heck you were trying to find? I haven't a clue! Bad for what?

Dear GL,
I'm not the mystery visitor, but I did want to leave a note to say that I appreciate your blog. My husband is interviewing at the end of the month and unfortunately they won't pay for me to visit (and we want to save our miles for return trips to the States). However, great blogs like yours make it easier to get an idea of what it really is like to live in Zurich. And really, a three day visit doesn't tell you that much.
