Traveling Folks

My parents have arrived in Zürich just in time for Easter Weekend. Here they are at Jules Verne, the bar with the best view in the city!

We are leaving today for a driving tour of Alsace-Lorraine, including the tiny village (population about 200) near Strasbourg where my great-great grandfather was born.

Have a great Easter Weekend!

Oh that sounds like so much fun. Flashback time for sure! I used to love this weekend..even if everyone left out of town..

I can't wait to see your pics from Alsace... Have fun listening to Alsacian dialect which is very close to Swiss German.

That's interesting - when my parents were here we also had to visit a tiny village by Strasbourg where my great-great-great grandmother was born. I'm a little skeptical about the history but the local wine was great!
